Tomas Isaksson - President and CEO |

Tomas Isaksson brings to Venturi Wireless over 28 years of international telecommunications industry experience. Before joining Venturi, Mr. Isaksson spent 11 years at Vodafone. Most recently, he was chief executive and chairman of the management board of Vodafone Netherlands, a subsidiary of the Vodafone Group. During his tenure at Vodafone, Mr. Isaksson served on the Verizon Wireless board of directors, was chief executive of the Americas Region and chief executive officer of Europolitan Holdings AB, a Swedish mobile operator. Prior to joining Vodafone, Mr. Isaksson had a 16-year career at Ericsson where he held a number of senior leadership positions, including president and chief executive officer of Ericsson Radio Systems Inc. |

Rich
Conlon - Vice President of Worldwide Sales |
| |
Rich Conlon is responsible
for all worldwide sales strategy and implementation at Venturi
Wireless. A 27-year veteran in telecommunications, including
13 years in wireless products and services sales management,
Rich previously served as Vice President of Sales for Core
Mobility, a dynamic company focusing on device management and
differentiation for wireless carriers. Before joining Core,
he was Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Superconductor
Technologies, the global leader in high-temperature superconducting
(HTS) products for wireless voice and data applications. Prior
to that, he held a similar position at Repeater Technologies,
a worldwide supplier of infrastructure repeaters to cellular
and personal communication service providers and infrastructure
manufacturers. Rich also spent 20 years at Lucent Technologies
and the Bell System, where he was actively engaged in sales
management and sales training roles covering a broad spectrum
of products and services. |

Zohar Fuchs - Vice President of Marketing and Business Development |

Zohar Fuchs is responsible for marketing, business development and OEM sales at Venturi Wireless. Zohar brings to Venturi over 10 years of executive management experience in mobile Internet services and emerging data markets. Prior to joining Venturi, Zohar served as AVP of Mobile Internet Services at Comverse where he led product development and drove business initiatives with mobile operators such as Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile USA and MetroPCS. Previously at Comverse, Zohar was AVP of Operations in the Mobile Data Division. Before Comverse, Zohar served as VP of Customer Service for Exalink Division and held multiple management roles at Compaq. Zohar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University. |

Nate Habash - Vice President of Customer Engineering |

Nate Habash leads Venturi’s Customer Engineering group with responsibility for customer support, sustaining engineering, quality assurance, and information technology. Nate brings over 20 years of customer support and project management experience in the telecommunications, networking, manufacturing and financial services industries. Prior to Venturi, Nate served in a variety of related roles, including Director of Technical Operations at Longboard, Director of Technical Support at Telesys Software, Director of Information Services at Nortel Networks and Manager of Customer Support at Bay Networks. Nate began his career installing and maintaining central office equipment while at Northern Telecom. Nate holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Bennington University. |

Rikard
Kjellberg - Vice President of Products |

Rikard Kjellberg is responsible for the development and product management of optimization solutions for Venturi Wireless. With close to 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Rikard’s
expertise spans across the Telecommunications, Enterprise,
Aviation, and Maritime industries. Prior to joining Venturi,
Rikard served as the Solutions Director at Openwave Systems,
where he was responsible for the vision and go-to-market strategy
for their new Content Edge business unit. He is the co-founder
and former Chief Technology Officer of Ellipsus Systems, a
producer of platform-neutral middleware products. Prior
to co-founding Ellipsus Systems, Rikard spent 5 years at the
Swedish Space Corporation & SAAB TransponderTech AB, where
as CTO he represented the firm in standardization committees
with the International Civil Aviation Organization (IAOC) and
International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). |

Aleks
Rabrenovich - Vice President of Finance & Administration,
Chief Financial Officer |

Aleks Rabrenovich brings 20
years of financial management experience to Venturi Wireless.
His business background encompasses corporate finance, public
offerings, and financial information systems. At Venturi Wireless,
he leads the company’s financial, HR and IT activities.
Before joining Venturi Wireless, Aleks served as CFO of NativeMinds,
a privately-held natural language search company where he was
instrumental in negotiating and completing the acquisition
of NativeMinds by Verity, Inc. (NASDAQ:VRTY). Before NativeMinds,
Aleks served as vice president of finance at Covalent Technologies
and participated in closing multiple rounds of debt and equity
financing. He also held various financial management positions
at Corio, (NASDAQ:CRIO), Navigation Technologies (NYSE:NVT),
The Ask Group (acquired by Computer Associates), and Compaq
Computers (in Munich , Germany). Rabrenovich holds an MBA from
San Jose State University.
